If you’re looking a real all inclusive please go away from here (you should book in varadero)

Close to beaches

Rude staff, nobody is friendly or helpful, any possibility to eat at night (after 9pm) not even a vending machine. It’s far away to a all inclusive

Other than lack of food choices Havana and this hotel was a great choice

I really enjoyed the view from our room which was facing the ocean. The beach was literally across the street and staff were friendly and accommodating.

The food their was really bland and they mostly only had chicken and pork. Food was not served hot even when it came straight from the kitchen. There is a chicken and pork stall that sells fried foods up until 6 pm.

I would go back for the view and for the drinks. Price was reasonable.

Food was basic food.. almost same in every day.. All the time some food plates were empty.. room cleanliness was bad.. aircon keeps bad noise..

Very good locatin, large space in the lobby, cold water in the shower, low standard of food.

The location is excellent, close to the beach. The lobby is the largest you can imagine with many sitting groups. Entertainment in after dinner. Nice people in the reception.

The standard of the food was lower than average, with limited selections. The same two or three dishes both for lunch and dinner during three days. The dessert table was plunderd and emptied by Nicaraguan teenagers immediately after opening of the dining room, and long time before the maine menue was consumed. Ony cold water in the shower.

The proximity of the beach, the politeness and friendliness of most of the staff.

Nothing in particular. We have been to this hotel a few times already and we have seen quite a few improvements over the years.

Nice hotel, good location. Food and drink very disappointing.

Beautiful beach. Good location, near beach and near Havana. General architecture is nice, airy, open, with good public area furniture and good patios. Some staff were very pleasant and helpful.

The quality of the food and drinks was not good at all. No pina coladas, low quality wine, rum and soft drinks. Breakfast OK (except when they ran out of eggs halfway through and did not tell the people waiting in line). Fruit good, usually. For lunch and dinner, we stuck to safe basics such as rice, chicken, cooked cabbage, ice cream. Food not tasty. Pasta often cold. Bread sometimes dry and hard. Some staff unhappy when asked for service or help.

Very spacious lounge areas airy well lit .tour person very helpful.easy access to beach but unfortunately could not go because of weather not good.

Food could have been a bit more varied and warm . On several occasion food very cold. Elevator needs to be fixed. Since many of the guests were elderly to use stairs to 3 ,4,5 6 floors was a bit difficult. There could be a bit more evening entertainments

my stay was truly wonderful, so much to see

Beach facilities were good. Available for our comfort, free of charge were beach chairs, a large umbrella and a drinks bar. There were also food huts with reasonable prices, the lobster was delicious. There was entertainment at the hotel every night at 9pm (aquatic ballet, a live cuban band and dancers) It's a 20 mins drive into Havana. Buses arrive every 20 mins in front the hotel from as early as 6 am and the last bus out of Havana is 6 pm. Drop off and pick up points are not the same, you need to read the bus stop signs.

Our Cuban Embassy had advised us to take gifts for the children (colouring books, crayons and toys) and toiletries for the maids which I did. The maids in the hotel were very appreciative and couldn't stop thanking us. However, in town as I opened my bag to assist one woman three others appeared from nowhere and snatched all the packages for the kids from my bag. It was really a horrible scene, they were so violent.

They need to improve a lot! No happy with my stay.

The bar and entertainment staff where really nice. There was this older man in the dinning area he was so helpful. The lady who checked us in was also friendly.

Where do I begin; the room smelled musty and had me sneezing through out the entire time. I asked 2x in a row for a change, none . No iron at all. I left all dirty glass there which stayed with me until a roach and ants took over . Went to complain to front desk and all I got was "how can I help you lady?" Brought the glass down and she still showed little or no concern. The food is not the best gave me the runnings from day one . No hot water in the mornings. The bathroom looked dirty.

I liked the large lobby area and the nightly entertainment.

I liked the large lobby area and the nightly entertainment. The beach was great and certain drinks, beach chairs/umbrellas were provided free for hotel guests. A plus for beach lovers.

The rooms need upgrading, my room was on the 4th floor and I requested a double bed and got 2 twin beds instead. The bathroom had mold. The hotel needs attention in certain areas.
